April Glasco has been selected as the recipient of the ManaSota honors Community Achievement Award! She was selected based on her impact to the communities of Sarasota County, and for everything that she is able to provide for those in need through Second Chance Last Opportunity. The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 3rd. We are so excited for April, and honored to be recognized for the work that SCLO provides to our communities. Thank you so much to everyone who gives in any way to SCLO, and a huge thanks to our volunteers for helping us make such a noticeable difference!

What: LET’S CELEBRATE YOUR SECOND CHANCE
Its a life-changing experience for individuals that has Rebuild, Redirect, Renew and Reset their life and got a second chance. April Glasco, President and CEO of Second Chance Last Opportunity, Inc., located in Sarasota, Florida is proud to unveil a new tagline I Got A Second Chance design for Second Chance Last Opportunity. I Got A Second Chance was designed by April and the idea for the launch of this product was a collective collaboration between April and her daughters, Sherral, Sherrin, Sianda and Shaquess. Each of them brings a wealth of knowledge on how they received a second chance in life. Second Chance Last Opportunity, a non-profit organization was established in 1995. April personally received a second chance in life that prompted her to start Second Chance Last Opportunity, Inc. I Got A Second Chance logo was designed by April Glasco. April personally received a second chance in life that prompted her to start Second Chance Last Opportunity. Over the past 25 years Second Chance Last Opportunity has provided services and programs to many individuals and families from all walks of life in Southwest Florida. Today, she continues to reach youth, women and men seeking and needing a second chance. April truly believes that everyone
deserves a second chance. April and her four daughters travel from city to city and state to state sharing their message of hope and the ability to change one’s life. The new tagline and logo design clearly demonstrates a life -changing experience for an individual that wants to Rebuild, Redirect, Renew and Reset their life. The launch of this product was first reviled in New York City, this year in the month of September at a Sister`s of Circle Expo. She continues her effort to disclosure this design around the world

This celebration includes: Duke University Women’s Rowing Team, individuals sharing their stories on how they got a second chance, enjoying the celebration by feeding the less fortune, and, as well live entertainment.
